There you are!  To me it's about 'not being in a rut' I guess?

I was planning Mullagatawny (chicken, boneless thigh version) but Don's
set on experimenting with some pork country ribs seasonings.  My dish
will hold until tomorrow.

It can be but costs a lot to run, be you gas or electric.  You want the
temp to be about 100F and you crack the door.  It takes on the order of
8 hours I think?

That's very close to mine.  Lots of them in that price range.  We got
ours before we got married and still running strong.  Top shelf of the
dishwasher safe.  Come to think of it, mine might be nesco (I don't
want to dig it out to check right now).  That might pay for itself by
the second run when compared to gas/electric to do it in the oven.

Might be and it's one of the things that Amazon is expensive.  I get it
at 3.49 a bottle, locally.  The UPC brand is just fine if you see it
and the Filapeno version is probably good too.
