It definitely does. While Tubi is usually 720p, I suspect that a few of their original films are shown at 1080p. And Tubi apparently reran some of the 2022 World Cup soccer games in 4k (though I watched those games "live" and never had occasion to watch one of the "rebroadcasts" on Tubi. I didn't stick around through the end of the game to find out. But I saw a decent chunk of the end of the first half, and it must have been 4k because there were no "artifacts" of my TV trying to "upscale" on its end like it does with football games on the broadcast nets.
