By having big mouths and getting other people to do all the real work. 
Trump the Chump and Robot F'n Kennedy also inherited most of their 
money and positions from their family.

Plus having piles of money does not actually mean you have a braincell. 
In fact, it's the exact opposite, judging by all the over-paid morons 
in management ... the more money you have, the bigger moron you are 
tends to be a truism.

Robot F'n Kennedy is not a "health lawyer" ... he's a looney 
anti-vaccination idiot. Now that he'll be charge of the US health 
system, it's going to quickly go even further down the toilet if the 
people in the background with relatively more braincelss and actual 
power don't keep blocking his idiotic ideas.
