New features are covered in <https://developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.3/>. If you’re an artistic type, have a look at the new capabilities in the Grease Pencil feature <https://developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.3/grease_pencil/>. For a techie type like me, I look forward to new additions to the Geometry Nodes functionality with every new release <https://developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.3/geometry_nodes/>. None of the proprietary apps for 3D, animation, rendering, sculpting, drawing/painting etc offers the breadth of functionality in one integrated workflow, and one compact installation, that Blender does. And then there’s the Python scripting API, which gives you fully object-oriented programmatic access to all that functionality. Others are scrambling to try to catch up to that level of Python support, but Blender leads the way.
