Yah, it's just the damn communist bureaucracy that made all those nasty 
regulations. Come January 21, most government regulatory agencies will 
be completely dissolved, and you'll be able to buy raw milk anywhere in 
the country. And it will be tariff, free unless you buy some fancy 
imported milk.
