Which needs to be reconcile against this, which says that you do:

" A range of Google applications and services is available on your 
device when you purchase it, for example, Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube,

Plus of course the tracking integral to Google Chrome (see current 
lawsuit) where it effectively doxxes its users without them consenting.
