Since the regeneration from Troughton to Pertwee was never written let 
alone filmed to claim to be airing such an episode is clearly fake news.

Shnovember, Shdecember, whatever, there's still no 2nd to 3rd Doctor 
regeneration episode that ever existed. To claim the discovery of new 
unseen or unaired footage if it is a lie and therefore fake news.

The FAKE NEWS fucked up. There's no Troughton to Pertwee regeneration 
episode. The War Games ends with Throughton being shown a choice of 
faces to pick from, none of which is Pertwee, and then it ends. 
Doubtlessly RTD will be wanting to add in fake images of female faces to 
those that were actually shown in what the FAKE NEWS claiming to be new 
special effects.
