No goalposts have been moved. Nothing changes the fact that no 
regeneration episode showing Troughton changing into Pertwee was ever 
originally written or filmed. When Troughton quit and The War Games was 
filmed no one knew who his replacement would be or if he would even be 
replaced at all.

Then that should have been stated. The exclusion of the fact that no 
such regeneration was ever filmed and giving the impression that lost 
footage exists showing it is what makes this fake news.

Next the FAKE NEWS will be claiming that Sean Pertwee was secretly 
smuggled in to Bad Wolf Studios to play his father alongside Harry 
Melling playing his grandfather.
