I've seen nearly every episode of House M.D. and I couldn't rattle off
most of the diagnoses appropriate to symptoms, but it's never lupus.

There's no replacement if you live in a low density or rural area with
no cable plant and no broadband from the phone company. Hell, I've seen
farmers with BIG DISH installed.
