After installing 18.1.1 my shortcuts no longer open up at the desired 
location or spot and instead scroll through each step as made to get to 
the end.  Yes, they work, but kind of in slow motion.

I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else, or if my old iPhone 
Xr is getting tired.
