While certainly Body Builders use the heavy weight/few reps routine
successfully but the top runners who finish the Boston Marathon (42
Km) in a bit over 2 hours (record 2:03:02 ), don't. While they do lift
it is hardly the same routine, in fact it usually includes a lot of
body weight lifting with many reps.
