The series was, very much, a social commentary.  They had episodes
about endangered species, environmental change, WAR (We Are Right),
adolescent sexuality, treatment of the elderly, etc.

Yet, all done with tongue firmly planted in cheek so you would laugh
at YOURSELF.  :-/
