the end, after "Major Strasser has been shot."
I thought he had also said it earlier, but no...
(Referring to the "Film Classics Library" edition which has all the 
words and hundreds of stills...)
An unidentified "Operator" says: 'Round up all suspicious characters..." 
(p.14)
Renault says "...realizing the importance of the case, my men are 
rounding up twice the usual number of suspects." (p.25)
