No, nobody says "Play it again, Sam". But Captain Renault does say "Round up the usual suspects" right near the end, after "Major Strasser has been shot." I thought he had also said it earlier, but no... (Referring to the "Film Classics Library" edition which has all the words and hundreds of stills...) An unidentified "Operator" says: 'Round up all suspicious characters..." (p.14) Renault says "...realizing the importance of the case, my men are rounding up twice the usual number of suspects." (p.25) I think that's all. Today is about quotation and misquotation.
