Non, l'idée était de stimuler des tests positifs pour justifier des
mesures sanitaires.

Une population éduquée aurait refusé tous les tests, il aurait fallu
rester 10 jours chez soit ? grand bien leur en fasse, on va effondrer
l'économie et on verra bien qui viendra chercher l'autre.

Une ligne rouge au sol, ça c'est la limite que personne ne passera. Pour
moi, cette limite c'était "pas de test et pas d'injection".
