It's idiotic to think you should deep fry a turkey in a garage.  I seem 
to recall this from discussions about deep frying turkeys many years ago 
on RFC:  aside from doing it outside away from buildings is the first 
thing they need to do is fill the fryer with water.  Then dip something 
equal to the size and weight of the turkey into WATER in the the deep 
fryer, to determine the level of how much oil to add.  You know, so you 
know it won't overflow when you use actual hot oil and lower the turkey 
into the fryer.  It can be done, but most people probably shouldn't try 
it.  I do notice Bryan is focusing on the fact that they are "rich 
bastards".  Sour grapes?
