Tclcsv 2.4.2 released. This is the first non-beta version supporting 
both Tcl 8.6 and 9.

The tclcsv extension for Tcl provides a fast and flexible means of 
reading and writing text files in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. A 
Tk widget for configuration is also provided.
