Maybe because I didn't see it in the theater and things typically don't seem as scary when you see them in your home than on the big screen. (Though now some people have screens and sound systems that can have the same impact.) That said the idea that you might be alone in a world of not people that just want to remake you into one of them isn't comforting at all. Not one bit.
