Our normal day is Thursday (60 and over, 5% off on everything, even beer/smokes. In the back of my mind is the Turkey thighs might be in now. Got some good Bok Choy, a nice small tender leek, red cabbage, oyster mushroom etc. Eggs were what we were out of and milk. I didn't see Turkey thighs but asked at the counter and they were in an odd spot but yes, got 2 packages, 2 thighs each per package, Since they are seaonal, they don't have a dedicated spot and often have to ask. They also had some 10 packages of Turkey necks for soup/broth. https://postimg.cc/V5030zPw Not a great price but HT had a 2.99lb sale so not terrible. 1 thigh feeds the 2 of us with enough to make turkey soup after. It's shipped frozen so have to wait for the pack to defrost in the fridge. What seasonings do you folks normally use in Turkey soup?
