I first heard that as dialog out of Sipowicz's mouth in an NYPD Blue episode and it made a LOT of sense then, just as it does now. My heart goes out to everyone who has to stand trial for harming someone in self-defense, like Daniel Penny just did. Fortunately, it worked out in his case although the stress must have been borderline unbearable. I just hope his acquittal hasn't put a target on his back, a target that some BLM type might like to hit.... -- Rhino
