Here the parties invested in the current barbaric system have resisted all attempts to put it in place effectively despite the great results seen in the Military services. The closest we have gotten is the ACA, Medicare and Medic-Aide(known in California as Medi-Cal). Becasue of the cost of going to local ERs I failed to do that in a timely fashion when I broke my ankle, hence I suffer months later after what I thought was a twisted ankle. Will the broken ankle heal properly? I will address that matter in the future if it eventuates. bliss
