My problem is I can't find nice, ripe avocados; when I want one, I want to eat it today or tomorrow, not three or four days hence. If I'm going to eat all that fat, it had better be worth it. I don't just eat them, though. Usually in a salad along with shrimp, jalapeno, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, and lettuce. Dressed with lime juice and EVOO. Sometimes on a sandwich. -- Cindy Hamilton
