Lion's blood combined with magic potion from Calypso (Ariana DeBose). 
Although I assume the magic potion was doing most of the heavy lifting.

In addition to "Calypso" the movie also features Kraven's father 
"Nikolai Kravinoff" (Russell Crowe), Kraven's half brother "Chameleon," 
with Kraven going up against "Rhino," and "Foreigner."  Although I guess 
technically he goes up against his father too.

So they took a bunch of Spider-man villains and put them all in a movie 
without Spider-Man and then had Kraven either team up with them or fight 
them.
