That slogan dates to 1987 (which is like a minute ago to you and me).
It referred to pork's fat content after they started breeding and
raising hogs to be lower in fat.  They wanted people to think pork
was as healthful as chicken breast.

Ok.  I don't like it rare, because the texture is unpleasant.
But the tiniest trace of pink is ok in breast meat.
