This Beef Wellington, as advertised, contains both, spread thinly under the pastry on top of the meat. I've been hearing ads for this particular meat market and their holiday offerings on the radio on the way to work. I'm not interested in driving 120 miles round trip for Beef Wellington, no matter how tasty it might be. Jill
