All of this (except for the last line of Anim's first paragraph - they did try to be a fifth network for several years, esp. early on). The CW is dead. It's actually been dead for a year and a half. People are only just now realizing it. There is about 0% chance this CW will renew "All American" for season #8. For one thing, I think they've already laid off about 100% of their "original programming" department.
