Technically that is the case, but it's unlikely to every happen.

You claimed he was already "the /de facto/ speakers of the house". Which 
isn't even close to being factual or even probable particularly when we 
consider you’re also claiming Mush will also be such a speaker...

Once again, we see Rudy's arguments and claims exist only in the realms of 
his fantasies and delusions.
