The entre premise of a Time Hotel undermines the entire plot since if 
you have enough energy to permit time travel why do you need to make a 
new star? Why doesn't Villenguard have time travel technology of its 
own? You'd think the biggest arms company in the galaxy would have 
developed it first and used it to start wars to sell more weapons. And 
what is the point of building a weapon that can destroy entire solar 
system when doing that will wipe out the nations of planets you are 
selling weapons to? Steven Moffat is an absolute degenerate woke moron
