A very old customer, a Navy Seal who served incountry 
1965/66 when it was a primarily CIA operation, often says 
that if the CIA had set out to kill Kennedy, everyone in 
Dealy Plaza would be dead. Except Kennedy.

After working with them directly, his opinion is that they 
lacked effective useful planning. And effective operations 
as well.
