Of course there's no evidence. It's never Apple's fault.
It's the lawyers' fault. Apple hires the worst lawyers they can find.
That's why Apple constantly loses all these lawsuits, Jolly Roger.
If only Apple had enough money in the bank to hire better lawyers. Sigh.
