$1.4 billion (each year)/42 million Canadian citizens/residents/refugees 
= $33.33 / year

As the cited video states, the outgoing Ombudsman for the CBC openly 
admits that CBC is biased towards the Left. That became pretty obvious 
when they refused to call the members of Hamas "terrorists" and insisted 
on calling them "militants", just like the BBC, even though Hamas IS 
designated a terrorist organization by our government (and several others).

Mind you, CBC's Leftist slant is pretty clear in just about everything 
they do, even science shows.
