It is not available for sale.

There are obviously still copies around. And a really
well assorted library should have it.

Does the US have a rule that one copy of all published
books must go to Library of Congress?

(Denmark has a rule that a copy of all published books
in Denmark must go to both the State Library and
the Royal Library)
