Half of Australia under heatwave warning as slow-moving cyclone
lingers off WA

The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting severe to extreme heatwave
conditions in large parts of Western Australia and Queensland this
week. 

The heatwave conditions will last until at least Saturday.
