With the first few Connery Bonds the advertising material used a pose 
from 'Dr. No'.  It is Connery hunched over, knees bent, holding his gun 
low and close to his waist with a bent elbow.  It strikes me as one of 
the most idiotic and unflattering poses I've ever seen.

That alone is enough to insure Connery will never be my favorite Bond.  :P
