Actually, I seriously enjoyed reading every one of those 199 little 
quotes.  They show Musk as an interesting guy, and maybe even one you'd 
back in a wide variety of ventures.  I'm just not sure government is one 
of them, as he seems to lack a shepherd's instincts or concerns.
