Colorful henchmen are memorable, and he was terrifically evil.

I don't understand why he never had a decent career after getting killed
off on this show.

Always cracked me up listening to him interacting with other actors from
the show on the commentary track. Didn't he just try to murder them, or
manipulate them into starting a war?
