Both "Doctor Zero" and "Doctor 0" already exist in other franchises.  :-)

The rumour is thta there were multiple incarnations before Hartnell, so 
whether or not the "Fugitive Doctor" is the real *first* is unknown 
(even ignoring the Politically Correct stupidity of the Doctor being a 
women and black) ... the "Fugitive Doctor" certainly looks nothing like 
the, supposed, child version of the Doctor seen in a previous episode.
