Is there a suitable available alternative to LT1115? I have seen LT1115 oscillate at 24 MHz in LTSpice 24.1.1 It doesn't seem to always happen and when it does a little extra load on the output seems to get rid of it. 2N4391 doesn't seem to be available at a reasonable price but J113 is.
