First, thanks for the clarification. I have drawn my own conclusions from this thread: I have put Tim in my killfile. If he understands other the way he does (and then accuses them of "gratituitous insults") it makes little sense for me to reply to him, and the best way to do it is not read his posts at all. @Tim: You can have the official last word, because I will not read your reply.
