Americans have a lot of trouble doing things for the general good.
They're always afraid that someone else will benefit more from it than
them. Imagine having universal free healthcare, but you're never sick!
And your neighbour has heart attack after heart attack and is
constantly benefiting from the free healthcare that you're paying
towards! Ripped off!
