Looking at it 5 years after the fact, Trump has probably learned much 
from his impeachment experience. Sadly, I doubt it's the lessons Senator 
Collins was hoping he'd learn. Trump has had no hesitation of pushing 
his agenda (the one that many of his supporters figured "he didn't 
really mean it") and understands now fully from experience what he can 
and cannot get away with.
