Very few people go to the beach every day.

270 milligrams of magnesium per 100 grams of almonds
1.29 grams of magnesium per 100 grams of seawater

How much magnesium do your lungs absorb? Or do you assume a visit
to the beach involved ingesting some of the water?

The nearest ocean to me is 750 miles, and the water temperature there
is about 5 C.
