I love real maple syrup, although I really don't have a need for it.  I 
was gifted a bottle of it last year after my boss and his wife came back 
from an Alaskan cruise.  They got off the ship in Canada to fly home and 
bought a few bottles to bring back.  I guess I'll actually have to make 
some waffles or perhaps my recipe for spice cake which calls for maple 
frosting.
