In this part of South Carolina, it is not normal to get snow/ice ever, much less snow that sticks around for a few days. And today it was 80°F outside. I had to turn on the AC. The salmon patties I made today were very tasty. I love the old recipe my mom used which calls for crushed corn chips and sour cream added to the mixture. Nostalgic! Jill
