Some truth to that.  Our choices often affect it, but, we had no choice 
where we were born.

I've lived in three states.  No choice at birth, but the other two were 
my choice.  I wanted the change.

Then there is my daughter.  Seven states, 20+ addresses. I lost count. 
Six just since she moved to Florida.
