 From frozen, thawed, patted dry and seasoned with S&P.  Pan seared in 
melted butter with just a little bit of corn oil in a medium-hot skillet 
until golden outside but only just opaque inside.

I'll be steaming some broccoli florets to go with them.  And heating up 
a sourdough roll, split then spread liberally with butter.

Anything cooking at your house this Tuesday night?
