As far as the beach goes, when my parents first built the house and I'd come to visit my mom took me to Hunting Island (where the beach is). We looked at an old lighthouse and walked on the small stretch of beach. Seems like every time I visited we'd go to that beach for about 30 minutes and walk around. I didn't get the point. It's just a beach. I've been on a lot of beaches in my life. Not a fan of beaches. Jill
