You have very few of the rights afforded to civilians when you join the 
military. You acknowledge that when you sign your life away to them. 
USPS workers are civilian government employees and at least at this 
time, they still have rights as afforded by the constitution. But, to 
reiterate Rogers point, "watch this space"
