What brand of pancake mix are you using?

I'm happy to report it is not snowing but it also is not 80°F (20°C)
outside, either. That was a fluke. It's 66°F/19°C. It poured down
rain yesterday and earlier today but the sun finally came out.

The 15-bean soup is simmering in the crock pot. I'm about to make some
cornbread to go with it. I can't decide whether to make corn sticks or
do the usual and bake it in the cast iron skillet.
