As an American, I must accept the [sometimes fact | sometimes
perception] that the USA acts like the world's policeman. Once upon a
time we had a pretty bad Imperialist tendency, which Pendejo-47 has
recently been making ugly noises about reviving.

So yes, at this point in history "not reliable" is an understatement.
