Absolutely valueless article. Instead of one doctor's vague opinion, why 
not a) refer to data on the activities that actually cause ER visits, 
and b) evaluate the benefits vs. detriments of those activities?

"Biking, another favorite outdoor pastime, also presents a safety risk — 
only if you’re not wearing a helmet."  IOW, if you're wearing a helmet, 
there's no safety risk at all? You can ride as stupidly as you like?
